Imperfect Parenting

I’ve been inspired by my friend’s blog, where she tells about her battle with infertility - and I feel like I want to share my story too. Well, my story as it pertains to my life as a mother so far. In the beginning I told it all the time, sort of wearing it as a badge of all my failures as I saw them. I’ve been realizing that I hold a different view of all of it now though - and I’m not exactly sure when that changed. I feel much more settled in everything that has happened, the choices I made, and what it all means. So with that, I think its time to write it all out. Though its the first time I’m sharing it here, I feel like I’m really “re”-telling this story, with a new perspective that time has brought.
